Transparent travel costs. Prices shown cover ceilidhs in the East Midlands — NG, LE and DE postcodes.
Further afield, travel is charged at £20 per hour, per band member, plus 55p per mile for the full return journey from Nottingham. Overnight accommodation may occasionally be needed too.
As a worst-case example, taking my Live Band package to Newcastle could add around £900 in travel. That’s 6 ½ hours of travel and a distance of 350 miles.
But here’s the good bit: I work with some cracking bands around the UK, so if a more local band is available, those travel costs will usually be less than half that. £900 is the absolute maximum — never a nasty surprise on top.
All fees include VAT.

Certificates of Insurance £5 million Public Liability, £1 million Professional Indemnity and all the ceilidh kit is PAT certified. Risk assessments and Method statements are available upon request.
